Karen H. Sheriff is president and chief executive officer. She also serves on the board of directors. Before
joining Bell Aliant, Karen was president, small and medium business, Bell Canada. Prior to this, she held the
positions of chief marketing officer and senior vice-president of product management and development
with Bell Canada. Karen has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women three
times, and in 2007, she was named to The Women’s Executive Network™ Top 100 Women Hall of Fame. |
Mary-Ann Bell is senior vice-president, Quebec and Ontario. She plays an active leadership role in
those provinces and also is responsible for the operations of Noralynx, KMTS, Proximedia, Cablevision
and our wireless business. Mary-Ann is actively engaged in the business community, advocating the
role of women in business and promoting advances in technology. |
Fred Crooks, QC, is executive vice-president, corporate services and chief legal officer. After more
than 20 years of private legal practice, Fred joined the company in 2003 as senior vice-president,
general counsel and corporate secretary. In 2007, his role was expanded to include responsibility for
human resources and corporate communications. |
Chuck Hartlen is senior vice-president, customer experience. He has responsibility for field services,
network engineering and operations, and the chief information office. With 24 years of experience at
Bell Aliant, Chuck has held leadership positions in many areas of the business. |
Paul Khawaja is president, xwave and vice-president, Bell Aliant. He leads xwave operations, guiding
the organization’s business direction and strategy. Paul oversees the delivery of xwave’s IT professional
services, health care and advanced technology solutions businesses bringing more than 15 years of
operational and business development experience to his role. |
Glen LeBlanc FCMA, is executive vice-president and chief financial officer. He has been in that role
since 2005. Glen has served over 16 years of his finance career with Bell Aliant and its predecessor
companies and has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40™. |
Rod MacGregor is vice-president, corporate development and strategy. Rod joined the organization
in 2004 and leads strategic planning, and acquisition and divestiture activities. Since 2007, his
responsibilities have also included managing Bell Aliant’s wholesale operations. Before joining Bell Aliant,
Rod was vice-president corporate planning at Maritime Life. |
Dan McKeen is senior vice-president, customer solutions, with leadership and responsibility for all
aspects of marketing, sales and contact centre operations. Dan began his role with Bell Aliant in early
2010, having previously held increasingly responsible executive positions in the communications
industry, with a particular focus on marketing and business development. |
